The Westhampton Beach School District congratulates Will Gambino, Andrew Mensch and Brody Schaffer, who were named to Newsday’s Top 100 Long Island Football Players list. Will, a senior, was named as a four-year starter who threw for 1,412 yards and made 16 touchdowns as a junior. Mensch, also a senior, earned recognition as a three-year, two-way starter who uses his size and strength to ignite the running game. Brody, a junior, was honored for rushing for 538 yards and making eight touchdowns last season. He was also named to Newsday’s All-Long Island second team as a kicker.
