To promote kindness and inclusivity, Westhampton Beach High School students recently visited Westhampton Beach Elementary School to read and engage in meaningful discussions as part of the school’s Social Inclusivity Month celebration. The high school volunteers shared the children’s book “It's Okay to Be Different” by Todd Parr, sparking thoughtful conversations about acceptance, empathy and ways to make a positive impact in their community. The visit also gave elementary students an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about life in high school.
