Westhampton Beach High School sophomore Brett Geller, hornist, recently attended the third annual Hofstra Honor Band Day at Hofstra University. He was among students representing numerous school districts on Long Island who had the opportunity to rehearse and perform with the Hofstra Symphonic Band and its director, David Soto. Additionally, he attended instrument-specific master classes and participated in a Q&A session with the Hofstra band members and Hofstra admissions. The day concluded with a performance for family and friends.
