The Westhampton Beach School District Athletic Department is excited to announce the introduction of FinalForms, a new online athletic registration system, which will streamline athletic registrations, boost compliance and safety and reduce repetitive paperwork for families.

FinalForms allows the user to upload physical exam paperwork and complete and sign athletic participation forms for students. FinalForms also saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year and pre-populates information wherever possible.

Please use FinalForms when registering student athletes during each sports season. Registration for each season will open 30 days before the season start date and will close one week prior to the start of the season. However, parents can create and update their account anytime.
