Student Registration
Westhampton Beach Student Registration
Please follow these steps when registering your child/children:
- Click on the appropriate registration packet below and download a copy to your device.
- Open the saved file and type in all of the necessary information.
- Save the file to your device. (Please name the file the same name as the student you are registering.)
- Email a copy of your saved file to registration@whbschools.org along with the other necessary documents as listed below.]
or
- Print out a registration packet and fill out the necessary information and return it to the Office of Pupil Personnel Services along with the other necessary documents as listed below.
In addition, you may request a packet to be sent to you by US mail. Please send an email to registration@whbschools.org and include your full name, mailing address and phone number along with the name(s) and birthdate(s) of the student(s) you are registering.
ADDITIONAL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS:
- Photo ID of Parent/Guardian
- Proof of Residency (Two proofs required)
Mortgage Statement, Tax Bill or Lease AND
A Current Utility Bill (cable, electric, water) - Child's Original Birth Certificate or Passport
- Custody and/or Guardianship Documents (if applicable)
- Completed Registration Packet
Please provide the following documents, if available, as these records are needed for your child to attend school:
- Immunization Records from Physician
- Copy of Current Physical Examination
All registration paperwork can be emailed to registration@whbschools.org or dropped off in the secure black drop box located outside the entrance door of the Westhampton Beach District Office at 340 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. If you prefer, you may mail your paperwork to the Office of Pupil Personnel Services. It is important that you do not send partial paperwork.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR PHONE CALL FROM THE REGISTRATION OFFICE WITHIN A WEEK OF RECEIPT OF PAPERWORK
*Please note:
If you are unable to photocopy the necessary documents, you may take a photo of the documents and email them to registration@whbschools.org. Please be sure to include your full name, mailing address and phone number in the email along with the name(s) and birthdate(s) of the student(s) you are registering.
