Third grade students at Westhampton Beach Elementary School were all smiles on June 10 when they were introduced to two friendly llamas from the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center. Before giving the students an opportunity to walk the llamas around the school’s grounds, educators from the center spoke to them about llama habitats, behavior and usefulness.
