Westhampton Beach Middle School eighth graders in Marcia Figueroa’s Spanish class were excited to receive back pen pal letters from their peers in Barcelona recently. Earlier this year, the students had sent traditional, hand-written letters, sharing information with their pen pals about their hobbies, personality traits and school schedules.
