The Westhampton Beach High School French Club recently took an educational field trip to New York City to explore French art, cuisine and culture. During the trip, the students visited the Museum of Modern Art to compare the works of art in the French collection with those from New York. Afterward, they enjoyed French culinary specialties at La Bonne Soupe, including the traditional croque madame, the famous boeuf bourguignon and the chef’s omelet.
